Whether you're booking a silk press, sew-in, braids, wigs, natural styles, treatments, or a simple wash and blow dry, I want to make sure your appointment runs as smoothly as possible. To help your appointment run as smoothly as possible, please review the following information. ✨ All services are listed includes **wash & blow dry services** **Please book the exact style you are wanting.** Every service has a different amount of time allotted, so selecting the correct service helps ensure I have enough time to give you the best experience. If you're unsure which service to choose, please reach out before booking, and I'll be happy to help. **To ensure a relaxing environment and keep appointments on schedule, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon.** Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for a service. **Please arrive with your previous style removed** (especially braids or other protective styles) and your hair **fully detangled**, ready for the wash bowl. If you need help detangling, please let me know **before your appointment** so a **Pre-Service Detangling** add-on can be booked. Additional fees may apply if detangling is needed at your appointment. If you have any questions regarding services, pricing, hair length, extensions, or anything else, don't hesitate to contact me. I kindly ask that all business-related questions be sent during **business hours**, and please allow time for a response, as I may be with a client or away from my phone. CANCELLATION POLICY
💕S. Marie Hair Care Appointment Policy💕 Thank you for choosing S. Marie Hair Care! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients and ensure availability, please review the following policies before booking. Card on File A valid debit or credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies below. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least **24 hours in advance**. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before your appointment** will incur a **$25 cancellation fee**. * This fee helps cover the time that was reserved specifically for you. No-Call, No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without contacting me, your card on file will be **charged 30% of the total scheduled service cost**. Clients with repeated no-call, no-show appointments may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. Late Arrival Policy A **15-minute grace period** is provided for all appointments. * If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your service. * Missed appointments due to arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to the **$25 cancellation fee**.
